Shipping & Delivery
Q: Does Adonus Canvas offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free standard shipping across India on all orders. Express delivery is also available at checkout.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All canvas prints are made to order. Processing takes 2–4 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?

Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is Adonus Canvas’s return policy?
A: If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we don’t offer returns for change of mind.
Q: What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement right away.

Q: Can I request a custom canvas size or artwork?

Q: How can I track my order from Adonus Canvas?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track it anytime through your Adonus Canvas account.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
